Water Heaters

Never run out of hot water again

With a tankless water heater, you always get as much hot water as you need and want. The unit’s on-demand system stops heating water when a hot water faucet is turned off or a hot water valve is closed. This design means big energy savings.

Here's how it works

Tankless water heaters only heat water when it’s needed. Whenever you turn on the faucet, cold water enters a coil of piping in a heat exchanger, which is warmed by a powerful burner that quickly raises the water’s temperature. The water flows through a heat exchanger and is heated to the designated temperature set by the user. When the water tap is closed, the heater automatically shuts off until hot water is demanded again. A tankless water heater is ideal for smaller homes with a limited amount of space.

In addition, we offer gas (propane) water heater equipment. These products offer great installation flexibility with the ability to vent through a wall or roof. If you prefer a gas water heater system, we recommend Bradford White TTW1. This is an excellent option for electric to propane conversions where an atmospheric vent is not available.
