D.F. Richard Energy's TankSure® Plan covers the cost, up to $1,000.00, to repair or replace a leaking oil storage tank due to corrosion. Coverage applies to an above ground tank no larger than 330 gallons. This coverage does not include the cost of lost oil or its cleanup, leaking fuel lines, or failed tank legs.

Most tank corrosion occurs from inside the tank and can't be seen. Our TankSure® Program provides an annual ultrasonic test (similar to a medical ultrasound) that measures the thickness of your tank. Then the state of the art profiling software analyzes the tank's measurements, physical characteristics and surrounding environment to determine if replacement is needed.
